Made an error? Bought the wrong product? Wrong colour or too much? No sweat, you can return any unopened products in their original, saleable condition within 5 days of your purchase. Please do not send your purchased items back to the manufacturer. Simply contact email@example.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
Upon receipt of your returned products, we’ll inspect the product and it’s packaging and when approved, the refund will be processed and credit placed back onto the card of original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time before your financial institution officially posts your refund.
Bought the wrong thing? If so, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll arrange to exchange the unopened product in original, saleable condition within 5 days of your purchase. Important to note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
