This toner features a unique dual-layer formula: a moisture layer filled with rice extract for hydration and a powder layer to control sebum. The sebum control powder helps absorb sebum, care for pores and purify the skin, soothing sensitivity and redness while delivering a non-greasy, fresh finish.
How to Apply
