Made an error? Bought the wrong product? Wrong colour or too much? No sweat, you can return any unopened products in their original, saleable condition within 5 days of your purchase.

Please do not send your purchased items back to the manufacturer. Simply contact hi@cassine.shop and we’ll take care of the rest.


Refunds

Upon receipt of your returned products, we’ll inspect the product and it’s packaging and when approved, you will then be given a Cassine Store Credit which never expires.  

Exchanges

Bought the wrong thing? If so, please contact hi@cassine.shop and we’ll arrange to exchange the unopened product in original, saleable condition within 5 days of your purchase.
